Booking conditions:
The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the Vieux Donjon, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of one night per room booked. This deposit can be paid by check (payable to SARL Le Verseau ), by bank transfer or by credit card.
In case of cancellation by the customer, the entire deposit will be retained by Sarl Aquarius. If the cancellation is made less than fifteen days before the date of arrival, SARL Le Verseau reserves the right to claim the balance of the stay.
In case of cancellation by the Vieux Donjon, the customer will be fully reimbursed for this payment.
Rules
Admissions are between 14:00 and 24:00.
Rooms must be vacated at 11am
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00.
Meals are served from 12:30 to 14:00 and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The pool is open from 8:00 to 23:00 and steam 17h-19h 21h-23h
To access the pool you are asked to remove your shoes or slippers.
The rooms are non smoking. In case of non compliance a package of € 20 will be charged for cleaning.
Entire property is non-smoking.
For dogs an extra 10 € per day will be charged. They are accepted in some rooms (bottom Rooms and Cottage).
Naturism is allowed in the private courtyard and pool. It is not allowed in the park.
Towels and linens are replaced only on long stay.
Towels rooms are not to be used for the pool.
